ClimaCall started in 2019 when our founder, Marcus Chen, was working as an HVAC technician in Phoenix, Arizona. Every day, he struggled with clunky software that seemed designed for office workers, not field techs.
“I’d be standing in 115-degree heat, trying to navigate a complicated app with sweaty hands,” Marcus recalls. “There had to be a better way.”
So he built one. Starting with a simple mobile app that let him manage jobs and invoices, Marcus refined his vision by testing it with fellow techs. Their feedback shaped every feature.
Today, ClimaCall serves over 10,000 HVAC companies across North America. But our mission remains the same: build software that makes HVAC professionals’ lives easier, not harder.
